As an Email Support Specialist, youll be responsible for handling customer queries, ensuring seamless resolutions, and maintaining high service standards through effective written communication.
What You Will Do:
- Respond to customer queries via email with accuracy and professionalism.
- Use analytical skills to make sound business decisions.
- Work collaboratively across teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain and update client databases, verify orders, and process payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and order management protocols.
