Job Description:

Position:

  • Hydraulics Installation Design
  • Mechanical Design (RPD)
  • Mechanical Design (Engine Installation and Cooling)

Year of Experience:

  • Lead Position: B.E. Mechanical / Production Engineering with 6 to 8 Years of experience
  • Team member: B.E. Mechanical / Production Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience

Skill: # Creo,#Teamcenter Engineering ,# Fluid Lines, #Creo Simulate#Use of Engineering Standards, Specifications, REDI Design Guides

1) Hydraulics Installation Design

  • Understanding the hydraulics schematics and integrate Hydraulic components as per schematics.
  • Should have through knowledge in selecting hose, tubes, adaptors and fittings to meet the system requirements.
  • Perform engineering calculations and finalise the hose and tubes sizes.
  • Design and routing of fluid systems (tubes, bulk hoses, molded hoses etc)
  • Design the supporting brackets for hydraulics components placement.
  • Perform FEA and dynamic hoses analysis.

2) Mechanical Design Engineer (RPD)

  • Kit Design: Creating serviceable BOMs using Creo.
  • Aftermarket Design: Concept development with feasibility analysis.
  • Production Support: Troubleshooting and resolving design issues.
  • Simulation & Analysis: FEA, bolted joint, and swivel analysis using Creo Simulate.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Creo 7/10, Teamcenter, GD&T, and various manufacturing processes.

3) Mechanical Design Engineer (Engine Installation and Cooling)

  • Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) initiatives.
  • Expertise in Radiators mounting, Engine cooling components and engine mounting
  • Expertise in Fuel Lines, Hose routing, and mounting of Air intake systems
  • Sound Experience in Exhaust systems mounting and Emission norms
  • Hands on experience in Machine packaging / integration
  • Conduct simulations (FEA/CFD), testing, and validation of designs.
  • Implement Built-In Quality (BIQ)
