Job Description:

As a Virtual Relationship Banking Prime Officer (VRB Prime Officer) at HDFC Bank, you will be responsible for managing and deepening relationships with existing customers through virtual channels such as phone, video calls, and emails. You will provide financial solutions, ensure superior customer service, and drive business growth by cross-selling bank products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Prime Segment customers virtually and act as their first point of contact for banking needs.
  • Build strong customer relationships to enhance customer experience, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products (CASA, loans, investments, insurance, cards, etc.).
  • Achieve assigned business targets and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide timely resolution of customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Conduct periodic portfolio reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and proactive engagement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and MIS reports as per bank standards.
