Job Description:

As a Digital Sales Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over phone calls and effectively sell a range of banking products, including personal loans, business loans, credit cards, line of credit and cross-selling opportunities like fixed deposits. In addition, you will be required to perform Virtual Know Your Customer (VKYC) processes to verify customer identities and facilitate smooth on-boarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial solutions to the SA customers while maintaining high service standards.
  • Maintain relationships with the existing customers through mailers and phone calls and share insights on the fluctuations in interest rates, exchange rates and various product offerings.
  • Enrich relationships and garner higher wallet share through customer engagement activities.
  • Deepen the existing relationships by cross selling the Bank’s products and services/ third party investment products.
  • Review the inflows and outflows in the mapped SA accounts and also proactively track customers spent behavior.
  • Profile potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.
  • Acquire new customers by converting referral leads generated through existing clients.
  • Call handling as per defined standards and accurate resolution for customer queries.
  • Managing customers inbound calls in stipulated time zone.
  • Promoting Digital Banking services for a superior customer service experience.
  • Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
  • Responsible to generate businesses & revenues including the monthly targets.
  • Achieve targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a graduate degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
