Job Description:
1. ORDER MANAGEMENT:
- Good Communication with experience in handling client stakeholders
- Experience in Order Management, Order fulfillment, Supply chain or MDM or Claims & Dispute management
- Experience of working on SAP will be an added advantage
- Should be willing to work from office
- Should be willing to work in night shifts (For US)/early morning shifts (for APAC)
- Experience in handling E2E Process for Order management, Claims & Disputes
Shift – OM APAC (05:30 AM to 245 PM)
2. MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT:
- Good Communication with experience in handling client stakeholders
- Experience in Master data management (Pricing Master, Customer Master)
- Should be willing to work from office
- Should be willing to work in night shifts
- Understanding of basic KPIs/SLAs
- Experience of working on ERP systems like SAP & Web based tools
- Proficient in MS excel
- Knowledge of Supply chain will be an added advantage
- Reporting and analytic abilities
- Shift – MDM – US (630 PM to 345 AM)
3. CLAIMS ADMIN:
- 2+ years of experience in Claims
- Managed Claims and Disputes
- Good understanding of Reason codes
- Expertise in Claims status reporting
- Good communicational skills
- Ability to manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in Process transformation will be value add
- Should be willing to work in night shifts
- Understanding of basic KPIs/SLAs
- Experience of working on ERP systems like SAP & Web based tools
