Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage primary sales activities, including distributor handling and general trade sales.
Develop and execute secondary sales strategies to drive revenue growth. - Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Identify new business opportunities and capitalize on them to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in FMCG industry, preferably in a similar role (Primary & Secondary Sales).
- Strong understanding of channel management, distribution networks, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
