Job Description:

1. Fraud Monitoring & Detection:

  • Experience in monitoring and detecting transactions/ account activity for suspicious patterns while investigating alert types like Wire Fraud, ACH Fraud, Check Fraud, Online Account take over Fraud.
  • Investigate potential fraud cases using analytical tools.
  • Analyze data to identify trends in fraudulent behavior.
  • Document findings and escalate complex cases.
  • Implement and maintain fraud detection strategies.
  • Strong data analysis and investigative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Relevant work experience in Fraud Monitoring, Detection and Investigations like: ACH, Wires, Check, Deposit Fraud, Mobile Deposit, Online Account Take Over, etc.

2. Fraud Investigations:

  • Knowledge in transaction monitoring or AML investigations with hands on experience in identifying SAR/No SAR cases.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of suspicious financial transactions and activities.
  • Prepare and submit detailed SAR reports of any suspicious activity to relevant authorities Transactions Monitoring (AML)
  • Knowledge on Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) Suspicious Activity Investigations (BSA/AML)
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills

Bank Cards:

  • Relevant work experience in processing Fraud and Dispute chargeback for US Bank.
  • Knowledge of Fraud and Non Fraud Reason Codes for MasterCard and Visa.

Qualification:

  • Graduate/ Post graduates from higher education studies
  • 1-5 years of experience in Fraud management
  • Knowledge of applications including Experion, T24 and UK or US Payment System is preferred
  • Intermittent knowledge in MS Excel, Power point
  • Effective communication skills

Things to remember while entering the campus:

  • Keep your double dose vaccination certificate handy while entering campus. There will be random checks at the gate by the Security team
