Job Description:

Key Responsibilities -OTC:

  • Cash Application and allocation
  • Understanding on Credit Management
  • Credit Insurance and follow-up
  • Forecasting of cash flows
  • Order approvals
  • Other Monthly Reporting
  • Good written and verbal communication

Key Responsibilities: PTP

  • Invoice Processing Po and Non PO
  • Payment processing and Banking
  • Vendor query Resolution
  • Employee expense Processing
  • Statement Reconciliation
  • Vendor Clearing
  • Other monthly reporting
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Hands on working knowledge of SAP

Key Responsibilities: RTR

  • Good people management skills, functional / domain knowledge in F&A processes
  • Good analytical skills and experience on process simplification / transformation.
  • For cost Accounting the resource needs to have SAP proficiency, Excel skills, and analytical ability to resolve inventory differences
  • Execute day to day operational tasks such as Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Consolidations, Month end close activities, fixed assets(creation, depreciation, retirement and sub ledger close)
  • Train team members on various processes and domain related requirements
  • Identify and execute transformation projects
  • Act as a knowledge manager (Documentation, updating, version control)
  • Ensure quality of the deliverables.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Understanding of the relevant F&A Processes.
  • Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills.
