Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity Identification: To perform process study, process assessments, design thinking sessions to come up improvement opportunities
  • Solution Conceptualization: To understand clients business processes, existing IT landscape and propose relevant transformative solutions
  • Stakeholder Communication and Approvals: Pro-actively interact with client and Infosys BPM operations stakeholders and obtain buy-in on the proposed solutions
  • Requirements Documentation: To gather, analyze and document solution requirements (functional as well as non-functional). Liaison with development teams on managing requirements, participate in UAT and realize proposed/estimated benefits

Other Responsibilities

  • Case Studies and Client Testimonials: To convert each solution implementation into a high impact case study and reference able client testimonial
  • Reporting & MIS: Provide inputs to CoE teams for periodic reports and MIS for respective track/area

What are we looking for in you?

  1. Any Graduate
  2. Total 3+ years’ experience working within a technology field out of which
  3. RPA/Cognitive Automation assessments/consulting/implementation
  4. Business process automation/workflow tools
  5. Certification in one or more of the following is preferred:
  • Automation Anywhere
  • UiPath
  • Blue Prism
  • Work Fusion
  1. Knowledge of RPA/Cognitive Automation concepts and ROI/business case analysis is a must
  2. Knowledge of lean/six sigma, Machine learning concepts and basic programming skills (in .Net/ C#/PLSQL) will be a plus
  3. Make solution proposals that show value for money and that sell. Solution champion with good articulation and presentation skills
  4. Networking skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Ability to communicate and effectively interact with CxOs
  5. Work effectively both independently as well as a member of a cross-functional team
  6. Willing to travel as required

NOTE: Robotics Process Automation (RPA) experience is mandatory for this role.
