Job Description:
The Job Evaluation Specialist is responsible for supporting the recruitment related activities with includes:
- Create, post / unpost, and edit job requisitions (including evergreen requisitions, contingent worker requisitions). This includes requisitions managed in both core HRIS / ATS system and other vendor systems
- Source candidates through employee referrals, recruiting events, third party agencies, etc. and leveraging tools such as LinkedIn and other authorized channels.
- Create and manage the talent pools through various channels, including Evergreen and high volume positions.
- Manage preliminary screenings to identify candidates for an interview (includes recruiting events).
- Manage interview scheduling, conduct interviews, including assessments such as problem solving assessment, job-specific assessment, etc., and select candidate for offer or recommend for further interviews with hiring managers & leadership.
- Prepare and extend job offers, contracts and rejections / offer rescind. This also includes offers and rejections for Contingent Workers.
- Maintain service level agreements
Must Have
- Graduate in any stream
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience with a variety of proactive sourcing techniques and channels
- Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.)
- Good experience on ATS tool such as (Taleo, Bullhorn, SmartRecruiters) and job boards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)
Good to have
- Experience specific to Recruitment Admin process for Global (US , EMEA, APAC) clients will be added advantage.
