Job Description:
Role & responsibilities
- Collaborate with Branch Banking teams to identify and onboard new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (CFOs, promoters) in target segments.
- Develop trust and confidence with clients through consistent engagement and value delivery.
- Offer comprehensive working capital solutions including Cash Credit, Demand Loans, Buyers Credit, Letters of Credit (LC), and Bank Guarantees (BG).
- Promote and cross-sell banking products such as Current Accounts, Term Deposits, Transaction Banking, and Trade Finance to primary and group companies.
- Strategically grow the book size and profitability of the assigned client portfolio.
- Monitor client business models, trade activities, and cash flows to identify growth opportunities.
- Stay alert to competitive dynamics and proactively position Kotak’s offerings.
- Ensure high standards of client service and satisfaction.
- Liaise with internal operating units to customize and deliver client-centric solutions.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and turnaround times.
