Job Description:
As a Relationship Officer for Kotak 811 Digital Sales, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through open market activities and driving sales of financial products. This is a high-energy, field-based role focused on relationship building, achieving sales targets, and expanding the banks digital presence.
Responsibilities
- Work within assigned geographical areas (mapped by pin code) to meet both acquisition and cross-sell targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve engagement and increase product penetration.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain high customer service standards.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory
