Job Description:
Billing Management
- Track and validate timesheets and billable hours across projects.
- Generate and submit client invoices in coordination with finance.
- Monitor billing cycles and follow up on pending approvals.
- Resolve discrepancies between timesheets, billing reports, and client expectations.
Resource Allocation
- Maintain resource utilization reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate with delivery leads to allocate resources based on project needs.
- Monitor resource availability and address conflicts or overallocations.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of project resources.
PO Management
- Create and manage purchase orders aligned with project budgets.
- Track PO approvals, vendor invoices, and payment status.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and documentation standards.
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve PO-related issues.
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards on billing, resource usage, and PO status.
- Support internal audits and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives within the PMO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a PMO or project operations role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with DocuSign, SAP, or similar platforms is a plus.
