Job Description:

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize IBM Maximo applications to meet business and operational needs
• Build, maintain, and enhance BIRT and COGNOS reports
• Integrate Maximo with enterprise systems using various tools, adapters, and integration frameworks
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements
• Provide technical troubleshooting, defect analysis, and performance optimization for Maximo applications
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, and compliance with best practices
• Perform data load and migration activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Maintain documentation for customizations, integrations, and enhancements
• Stay updated on new features and capabilities in Maximo & MAS

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of experience in IBM Maximo development and customization
• Strong handson experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS)
• Proficiency in BIRT and COGNOS reporting
• Extensive experience with Maximo Integrations (interfaces, automation scripts, external systems, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in data loading & migration
• Strong experience in Javabased Maximo customizations (MBO, Beans, Attributes)
• Good understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and related DB operations
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical thinking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in crossfunctional teams
