Job Description:

• Ensure smooth and efficient management of the rider fleet.
• Maintain regulatory compliance within rider operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through effective operational support.
• Analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a
  related field.

Important Considerations

• This role requires mandatory 6-day work from the office at ETV, Bengaluru.
• Employees must have 24/7 rotational shift availability and no leave will be permitted during the contract tenure (as per the BBD period).
• Candidates must also have their own Mobile Numbers for telecalling purposes.

Experience

• Executive: Minimum 0-6 months of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role,
  preferably within a high-growth or tech-enabled environment.
• Sr. Executive: 1-2 years of progressive experience in operations, with a proven track record in rider/driver management or a related field.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to interpret data and make
  informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Advanced Excel skills are a must (including SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF/AND conditions, and dashboard creation).

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a
  related field.

Experience

• Executive: Minimum 0-6 months of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role,
  preferably within a high-growth or tech-enabled environment.
• Sr. Executive: 1-2 years of progressive experience in operations, with a proven track record in rider/driver management or a related field.

Criteria :

• This role requires mandatory 6-day work from the office at ETV, Bengaluru.
• Employees must have 24/7 rotational shift availability and no leave will be permitted during the contract tenure (as per the BBD period).
• Candidates must also have their own Mobile Numbers for telecalling purposes.
• The job role will be for 2 months contract and basis performance it will be extended for 1 year contract.
• Contract duration – 18-August-2025 to 17-October-2025
• Candidate should be aware of English, Hindi and any regional language(Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam)
• Own Laptop asset would be preferred but not mandatory

Salary Offered:

• Gross – INR 3.5Lakhs per annum
• Nett Take Home – INR 28,000(Per Month, Upto )
