Job Description:

• To engage in all the maintenance related activities for equipment in Flipkart facilities
• To work in close coordination with the Support team of our vendors for all maintenance activities
• To monitor all the breakdowns / related activities on the equipment
• To understand all new Operations requirement related to the equipment
• To coordinate, support & monitor all PM activities
• To comply with the PM schedule
• To validate all the PM activities on equipment
• To complete all the PM closure documentation process
• To respond to all the breakdown as per the escalation matrix
• To investigate and understand the problem & root cause in every breakdown
• To coordinate/carry out corrective action and validate with trials
• To support the vendor during any breakdown
• To carry out RCA for critical breakdowns with clear action plans
• To ensure 5S in and around equipment after every Maintenance activity
• To store and manage spares at facilities/zonal offices
• To manage the inventory of spares.
• To Carry Out 2S on Equipment.

Skills:

• Good Knowledge & Experience at PLC/HMI Programming & Trouble shooting.
• Maintenance Experience on the Material Handling Equipment,Conveyor Maintenance.

Other Additional Requirements:

• Need to have resided 10 Km Radius :- Flipkart Warehouse.
• 24/7 availability over phone
• Must Have 2 Wheeler to Travel to Site Emergency Basis
• Mandatory to Work on a shift basis ( day & night ),
• Flexible to travel Other Flipkart Locations as per Business Need.

Preference on Candidate

• Must Have at least 2 Years experience at PLC/HMI Programming & Trouble Shooting.
• Min 3 Year experience at Automation Equipment Maintenance
• Must be able to Speak: Hindi, English & Kannada :- Based on the Working Location, Local language is considered.
• High Fluency In Using Online Soft Tools For Quick Communication.
• ITI / Diploma- Electrical, Mechanical, Mechtronics.(1 to 2 Year Experience)
