Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the project individually.
- Timely submission for the project.
- Mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing Modelling
- Model based sheetwork/documentation.
- Model based quantity take-offs.
- Interference checks with MEPF and Architectural & Structural disciplines.
- Highlighting the critical points & creating the RFIs
- Attending the Project review meeting with the Clients
- Timesheet management for Project
- Monitor Project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Project Estimates
Candidate Requirements:
- Candidate must have BE/B-tech in Electrical.
- Candidate should have 3 – 15 years experience working in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing projects modelling and documentation.
- Candidate should have experience working in Mechanical/Plumbing/Electrical projects.
- Candidate should have experience in US,Europe, UK, Middle East region.
- Should be able to quickly adapt and learn client standards.
- Good troubleshooting abilities
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Knowledge of other BIM software (Navisworks) will be appreciated
