Key Responsibilities:
- Meet social media quality standards
- Provide timely response and effective resolution to a range of customer inquiries/complaints raised on social media. And follow them up to a final resolution.
- Resolve conflicts between vendors and customers by helping them arrive at a satisfactory conclusion
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for closing the issues at the earliest.
- Deliver high-class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Years of Experience (Minimum & Maximum): 2 to 4 years.
- Language preference – Strong English & Tamil or Telugu Must
