Job Description:
Role & responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, and manage insurance agents for SME business.
- Drive business through agency partners and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Provide training and motivation to agents to enhance productivity.
- Conduct regular market visits to support agents and generate business leads.
- Maintain strong relationship with agents.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of work experience in SME Agency Channel.
- Strong understanding of SME products and market dynamic.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Local market knowledge of Ahmedabad will be preffered.
