We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our international BPO team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls from international clients.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize software applications and tools to manage customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality targets.
