Job Description:

Sutherland is hiring Freshers and Experienced Professionals for an

US Telecom Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound customer service queries & support responsibilities for US-based telecom customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from US telecom customers
• Resolve customer queries related to telecom services
• Provide accurate information and maintain service quality
• Meet defined KPIs and productivity targets
• Ensure high customer satisfaction.

Location: Sutherland Global Services, Liberty Tower, 5th Floor, Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
• Minimum 1 year International BPO experience (preferred for experienced bracket)
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
• Comfortable working in US rotational shift (Night & Graveyard)
• Immediate joiners Required.
