Job Description:

Sutherland is hiring International Voice Associates for its Banking domain process. We are looking for talented professionals with prior experience in international voice processes who can deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international voice process calls related to banking domain.
  • Deliver excellent customer support and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to process and compliance requirements.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of International BPO Voice Process experience is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Net Take Home: 23,000 per month
  • Incentives up to 2,750 + Overtime
  • Joining Bonus: 10,000
  • Permanent Work From Home after training clearance
