Respond to customer questions via chat or email. Provide accurate and timely information. Maintain professional and clear written communication. Meet productivity and quality targets. And maintain daily/weekly logs of tasks completed. We can highlight recurring issues and suggest improvements. Investigate customer issues using internal tools.
