• Work with vendors to get the best price and quote, submit purchase orders, and handle the invoicing process.
• Track every order and payment accurately, ensuring timely execution and documentation.
• Lead contractual processes with vendors and participate in company improvement initiatives.
• Develop negotiation strategies for the procurement of CAPEX equipment and maintain real-time digital trackers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in BE/BA/BCOM or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, operations, or vendor management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
