Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Coordinate and execute comprehensive procurement processes with precision, maintaining strict adherence to organizational policies and financial guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with IT Managers to streamline purchasing workflows and support critical business objectives.
- Work with vendors to get the best price and quote, submit purchase orders, and handle the invoicing process.
- Track every order and payment accurately, ensuring timely execution and documentation.
- Lead contractual processes with vendors and participate in company improvement initiatives.
- Develop negotiation strategies for the procurement of CAPEX equipment and maintain real-time digital trackers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in BE/BA/BCOM or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, operations, or vendor management.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement tracking software.
- Excellent communication abilities across multiple stakeholder levels.
