Job Description:

• Assembly Operator: Proficient in aircraft assembly operations like drilling, reaming, riveting and fasteners installation process. Good at reading engineering drawings and working with hand tools & cutting tools. Experience in the assembly process of aircraft fasteners, aero dynamics & basic aircraft structures.
• Paintshop Operator: Hands-on experience of manual painting & paint mixing process for the aerospace & automobile components. Good understanding on engineering drawing, knowledge in arresting & troubleshooting for the paint defects.
• Manufacturing Engineer: Develop & maintain all process documentation, Manufacturing Instruction Sheets (MISs), Technical Instruction Sheets and Visual Aids (VAs), by translating engineering requirements. Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) & Material Master data, identify necessary cutting & hand tools, support tooling verification, FAI prove-outs, drive the creation of Engineering Query Notes (EQNs) & Change Notifications (ECNs). Resolve issues proactively and maintain continuous improvement
• QA Engineer & QC Inspector: Awareness on AS9100 requirement / QMS, measurement tools and techniques. Knowledge on inspection of aerostructure assembly, measuring devices and handling customer complaints. Experienced in FAI documentation process, cross functional coordination, problem solving and RCCA
• Production Supervisor: Effectively manage shift wise production, optimize manpower, and ensure daily plan adherence as per the IMS (plan vs. actuals). Drive continuous improvement by implementing lean practices (TPM, 5S, GEMBA) and rigorously maintaining compliance with quality systems like QMS and AS91
