Job Description:
- Responsible for conducting Full vehicle, sub system and component level crash safety tests.
- Responsible for preparing test vehicle, BIW and components for testing incuding instrumentation (elecronics area) Responsible for planning the test, preparing test schedule, monitoring the preparation and ensuring a test completion in time.
- Responsible for performing detailed analysis of test and test report.
- Responsible for providing solution to achieve the performance target requirements for the product being tested.
- Conduct meeting with team members and allocate suitable manpower for conducting tests.
- Planning for equipments, manpower for execution of test
- Planning for development of new test facility/capability.
- Able Identify test setup requirements as per work guideline / work instruction.
- Mush have thorough understnading of safety test regulations/protocols and interpretations.
- Should able to understand new type of tests, develop procedure/facility for it.
- Should able to suggest improvements in testing processes
- Should able to identify new test load case considering real world scenarios and derive test procedures.
- Responsible for Compare data with benchmark data for suitable improvement
