- It is necessary to have prior US mortgage origination experience.
- It is crucial to understand the systems and applications involved in mortgage originations, such as image repositories and loan originating systems.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Understanding of the Flood/Condo document
- data entry in accordance with the procedures’ requirements.
- review of all necessary paperwork in accordance with protocols.
- examining papers for errors and working with the appropriate parties to have them fixed.
- For accurate document requirements, communicate with the appropriate stakeholders via email and EFax.
