Candidate to Carry:

Experience Required:

• It is necessary to have prior US mortgage origination experience.
• It is crucial to understand the systems and applications involved in mortgage originations, such as image repositories and loan originating systems.
• strong familiarity with US mortgage origination documents
• knowledgeable about US mortgage rules and regulations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Understanding of the Flood/Condo document
• data entry in accordance with the procedures’ requirements.
• review of all necessary paperwork in accordance with protocols.
• examining papers for errors and working with the appropriate parties to have them fixed.
• For accurate document requirements, communicate with the appropriate stakeholders via email and EFax.
