Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Keep an eye on and moderate offensive text, images, videos, and audio in accordance with the customer’s predetermined standards.
• Content that complies or does not comply with customer criteria, such as images of child sexual abuse, terrorism, or violence, is approved or rejected.
• Examine the content, report any unacceptable material, and use the knowledge base to designate the precise policy of violation.
• To ensure daily utilisation criteria are met, clock the necessary login hours.
• Monitor the influx of content.
• Using facts from the ground truth, find any holes or ambiguities in policies and standards.
• To develop referenceable repositories, save and document edge cases and nuanced instances within moderated content.

Skills:

• One or more years of expertise in the field of digital safety or trust and safety as a content moderator, social media moderator, or with comparable print, digital, or television experience
• Outstanding written and verbal English abilities.
• Needed to work weekends and night shifts (24/7 shifts)
• The capacity to perform well under duress and make wise decisions; the ability to deal with offensive material
• Any degree of graduation
