Job Requirement:
- Any full-time graduate (10+2+3).
- Willingness to work in any Shifts.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Mode of Salary credit should be through bank from all the employers (No Cash in hand)

Skill Requirement:
- Graduate with 1 – 4 years of experience of international voice experience
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls ,providing support and resolving issues .
- Utilize strong communication problem solving skills to resolve customer issues .
- Meet or exceed performance metrics , including call resolutions rates ,customer satisfaction and quality standards .
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives .
