• Back Office Work
• Needs to be good with both written and verbal skills in English
• Typing speed of 30 W/ Minute
• Job requires staff to accurately process Airway Bills for our Customer as incorrect entries have impact to TCS and Customer
• Staff will be assessed based on the quickness and accuracy of the work carried out
• 5 Day Working Rotational Shifts mainly afternoon , late evening shifts

Requirement

• Graduate
• 1-2 years BPO experience
• Carries Experience of dealing with International Customers
• Flexibility ( 24/7 Operation/ Weekend Working )
• Process / Operations Management Experience
• Logistics / Supply Chain Experience (Preferable)
• Possess Skills in MS Office (Word , Excel & PPT)
