• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in last mile access network and network elements routers
• Good understanding of telecom processes
• Basic understanding of telecom technologies such FTTB FTTN VDSL Copper GPONetc.
• Exposure of working on Provisioning configuration of Telecom services
• Readiness to work in shifts
• Experience in the design, configuration and telecom systems, hardware and software applications.
• Understanding of switching systems, cabling and fiber optics.
• Knowledge of network topology
• Cisco Platforms 78xx, 65xx, firewalls, routers, switches would be added advantage
• LAN, WAN, WLAN infrastructures
• Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SMTP, NTP, SNMP,VoIPATM, MPLS, Frame Relay, and MetroEthernet
