Role & responsibilities:
- Excellent network administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Good Understanding and troubleshooting skills of TCP/IP, Switching &Routing protocols, MPLS, Load balancing
- Knowledge and experience in STP, VTP, HSRP, VLAN, QoS and other switching technologies
- Good Knowledge & Hands on experience on Juniper Firewalls and Juniper switches
- Good Knowledge and experience on Aruba Wireless Controllers
- Ability to understand the design and provide suggestion for improvements
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams
- Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English
- Flexibility to work in shifts for 24×7 support
- Strong team player with a constructive perspective and commitment to the success of the business
- Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities 12. Product knowledge:

Job Description (Chennai):
- Experience installing, configuring and managing windows server.
- Practical experience with active directory, users, computers, group policies.
Network knowledge for troubleshooting and understanding complex issues and environment. - Active directory site and services, DNS service, DHCP, File Server permissions.
Disk management, resource performance troubleshooting and analyses.
Knowledge on WSUS, SCCM and SCOM tools - Experience in application/network performance and availability monitoring.
- Strong Windows Server admin skill.
- Strong in build the Hyper-V cluster and configure the hyper-V cluster resource.
- Configure the Hyper-V Networking and troubleshoot the issue in networking VMware admin
- VM provision, resource upgrade, disk expansion, performance issues
VMware capacity planning, allocation, commitment of resources. - Cluster features, HA, DRS, EVC, FT
- VM resource reservation, snapshots, migration, disk configuration, network configuration.
- VMware Net working in virtual switch and Distributed switch configuration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge PowerShell for managing virtual machines and doing day to day operations.
- VMware patching process and update the latest OS and vulnerability management.
- Nutanix Admin
- Managing and support for Nutanix cluster through prism central and Prism element. validate the cluster status and resiliency administration
Complete Nutanix cluster build through AOS and Upgrade, AHV /ESXI hypervisor patching and hardware Firmware upgrade. - Validate the Nutanix cluster health and monitoring the alerts and troubleshoot the issue
- Administrate the Nutanix controller VM (CVM) and validate the health and support co-ordination with Nutanix Vendor.
