Job Description:
Tech Mahindra Pune is looking for enthusiastic and customer – focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. If you have at least 6 months of experience in International voice role and excellent English communication skills, this is the right opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls (International process) with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer queries related to billing and technical issues, account-related queries, and product/services information.
- Escalate complex queries to higher-level support teams while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Willing to work rotational shift (including night shifts).
- Strong Problem – solving skills and customer – oriented approach.
- Undergraduate or Graduate from any stream.
