Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support through chat interactions, primarily for UK clients.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle international chat process with a focus on providing accurate information and prompt resolutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback through the chat system.
  • Utilize exceptional written communication skills to foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay well-informed on product offerings to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum HSC or equivalent education.
  • At least 6 months of experience in an International Chat/Voice Process.
  • Strong written communication skills in English, with an understanding of UK customer expectations preferred.
  • Typing Speed 40 WPM with 90% Accuracy.
