Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support through chat interactions, primarily for UK clients.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle international chat process with a focus on providing accurate information and prompt resolutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback through the chat system.
- Utilize exceptional written communication skills to foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Stay well-informed on product offerings to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum HSC or equivalent education.
- At least 6 months of experience in an International Chat/Voice Process.
- Strong written communication skills in English, with an understanding of UK customer expectations preferred.
- Typing Speed 40 WPM with 90% Accuracy.
