• Role: Associate Customer Support
• Industry Type- BPO.
• Employment Type-Full Time, Permanent.
• Education Qualification- Any Graduation.
• Work Location: Pranava One Building 5th Floor Opp: Irrum Metro Station
• 5 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
• Pure dayshifts only.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and provide information.
• Explaining about products.
• Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
• Handling enquiry and service calls.
• Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent in English and Hindi.
• Fresher and Experience (6 Months on papers)
• Sales experience would be an advantage.
• Candidate should be willing to work from office.
• Immediate Joiners preferred
• No Cab Facility.
