Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with 3 to 7 years of expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate/JPA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a development team, designing scalable backend architectures, reviewing code, and guiding projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, and develop backend services using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA
• Drive design discussions and technical decision-making
• Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs
• Perform complex database operations (SQL / MySQL / Oracle)
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices
• Collaborate with product owners, QA teams, and stakeholders
• Oversee sprint planning, estimations, and Agile ceremonies
• Troubleshoot performance issues and guide the team in resolving critical defects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in Java development
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA
• Expertise in REST APIs, Microservices, JSON, and SQL databases
• Strong foundation in OOP, data structures, and design patterns
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools
• Ability to mentor, and guide a development team
• Strong problem-solving and architectural skills
