Job Description:

  1. Electrical Design Engineer

Qualification: B.E Electrical
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner’s & 15days only

Responsibilities:

  • Designing of Cables Harness Assemblies, Developing Electrical Interface Schematic and Interconnect involving electrical control panel parts, OEM power supplies, Protection Circuits, Control Circuits.
  • Selections of OEM parts for the design.
  • Preparing Drawings, engineering specification documents and Bom creation for C&H assemblies.

Skills Requirement:

  • Hands on experience in Electrical components selections (Control panel components), Circuit Sizing, Connectors and Cables for Harness assemblies based on Cable assembly application.
  • Should have hands on experience on developing Electrical schematics, Interconnects, Cable and Harness design using E3S/ EPLAN/ tool.
  • Working knowledge in various UL508, CE, IPC standards used by Electrical & Cable industry.
  • Should have understanding of different methods of Plant / Process Automation.

Additional Skills having advantages:

  • Working experience with Supplier / Vendors for resolving issues.
  • Knowledge on Uni-Graphics and 3D cable routing.
  • Familiar with Team center Engineering PLM
  • Already worked in Engineering Change Management atmosphere.
  • Executed projects working with North American groups.

Preferred Industry:

Design Engineer in machine tool industry / Automotive Ancillary / Aerospace.

2. Mechanical Design Engineer

Qualification: B.E/M.Tech in Mechanical
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Notice Period: Below 30days

Skills:

  • Strong in Machine Design / R&D Design experience
  • Capable to own the project delivery completely (from concept to release)
  • Good Knowledge on Material Selection, Machining and Fabrication process and post processing operations.
  • Thorough knowledge in calculations to define structures/loads, choose the right OEMs and its accessories in the market. Example Linear Guides, Motors, gearbox, bearings, etc.
  • Pro-efficient in Sheet metal design
  • Good knowledge on using sheet metal applications wherever necessary.
  • Pro-efficient in creating manufacturing drawings, defining tolerances with GD&T
  • Pro-efficient in UG-NX is a must
  • Knowledge in Structural Analysis
  • Awareness on Manufacturing techniques
  • Good Presentation and Negotiation Skills
  • Semiconductor & Special Purpose Machine Industry background is added advantag

Manufacturing Engineer

Qualification: B.E/M.Tech in Mechanical
Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Skills:

  • Good understanding of manufacturing process like, Machining, Sheet metal operations
  • Expertise in Engineering Change Management activities (ECO, ECR & SPS)
  • Good in drawing creation and ASME drafting standards.
  • Good in one of the 3D Cad tool, UG NX & Team Center Engineering preferred
  • Good Knowledge in applying GD&T
  • Experience in working with US clients, Good communication
  • Semiconductor & Special Purpose Machine Industry background is added advantage.
  • Knowledge in Oracle & SAP release process is added advantage
