Job Description:

Role & responsibilities:

  • Driving to achieve team targets for the Home Loans or Mortgage business through lead generation and fulfillment from the Open Market
  • Develop and Manage DSA network for Home loans in Geographical region
  • Analyze and formulate the sales plans and strategy and achieve the revenue budget through the team of Area Sales Managers and Relationship Manager
  • Providing training to the DSA channel for updating the policy changes and to keep them motivated.
  • Track performance on an ongoing basis with respect to the business plan and take appropriate actions to achieve targets.
  • Implements procedures and training to prevent frauds.
  • Understand competitor Bank products and Services property, loans, training, Home Loans, business plan, channel partners, DSAs and Connectors
  • Thoroughly understand the relevant markets with a view to quickly grasp trends and suitable solutions that can be structured for a customer.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Min 6years Experience in Banking Sector (Home Loans) or (Mortgage Loans)
  • Experience in origination and relationship management in the HL OR LAP segment
  • Strong market knowledge and connect in the relevant segment
  • Knowledge and experience in handling credit applications and getting them approved through the system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Proficient in local language and English
  • Strong Sales & target Orientation
