Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to handle international customer interactions for UK-based processes. Candidates should have strong communication skills in English and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Work Schedule:

• 24/7 rotational shifts (UK shifts)
• 2 rotational weekly offs

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresher or candidates with international calling experience can apply
• Minimum qualification: 10th pass and above
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Salary:

19,000 to 27,000 take-home per month (after all deductions)
