Job Description:
- Good Knowledge of Database technologies – Oracle (12C, 18C and 19C) SQL & Basic PLSQL. MS Sql Server 2012.
- Understanding of HTML , CSS , Jquery , Java Script.
- Basic understanding of Webservices & API Integration.
- Application Server experience in configuring & Deployment – Apache TomCat , Jboss , IBM WebSphere.
- Banking Experience in support for Payments , eKYC , Lending , Retail Banking applications.
- Tracking and closing VA points for applications and Performing server patching activities with the help of SYSDBA team.
- Expert in Issue Resolution & Documenting Root Cause Analysis and RCA
- Execution and Support during DR Drills ( Disaster Recovery )
- Fair understanding of Cyber security and standards in Development

- Experience managing support activities for multiple Applications.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at a time and tracking production issues.
- Vendor Management – Co-ordinating with Partners for project implementation and maintenance.
