- Expert in Issue Resolution & Documenting Root Cause Analysis and RCA
- Execution and Support during DR Drills ( Disaster Recovery )
- Fair understanding of Cyber security and standards in Development

- Experience managing support activities for multiple Applications.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at a time and tracking production issues.
- Vendor Management – Co-ordinating with Partners for project implementation and maintenance.
- Organizational agility and proven ability to be results-focused, proactive, tenacious, collaborative, and confident under pressure
