1. Job Requirement Analysis
- Ability to understand and analyze job descriptions, key responsibilities, and qualifications for non-IT roles.
- Collaborating with clients or hiring managers to clarify requirements.
2. Candidate Sourcing
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates using job boards (e.g., Naukri, Monster), professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and internal databases.
3. Screening & Evaluation
- Expertise in conducting initial screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Knowledge of behavioral and situational interviewing techniques tailored for non-IT roles.
4. Negotiation & Offer Management
- Ability to negotiate compensation packages that align with market standards and client budgets.
- Strong relationship-building skills to manage candidate expectations and close offers.

1. Pipeline Management
- Maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates to ensure quick turnarounds for C2H roles.
