Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Personal Data Protection Bill in India – Change to Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
• Develop and maintain data maps and inventories to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Monitor compliance with privacy standards and assist in delivering training programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate privacy requirements and best practices.
• Exposure to Implementing and maintain privacy-enhancing technologies, including data masking, encryption, and anonymization
• Maintain and update Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) as part of client advisory engagements.
• IAPP, ISACA certifications on Data privacy are a plus

Desired skills and qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience to Data Privacy and protection in conducting Gap, Compliance and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) based on DPDPA, GDPR and international privacy laws.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, LLB, LLM, BTech, MTech, MCA
  CIPT/CIPM/CIPPE/ CDPSE/OneTrust/ ISO 27001/ISO 42001/ISO 27701 certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, particularly the Digital Data Protection Bill in India.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• This role requires 5 days working from office.
