Accounts Payable (2-10 years)(Only B.com/BBA.MBA)
- Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for Payment.
- Eloquent and demonstrate basic Accounts payable process concepts 3 way match, NON PO, GRN etc.,
- Experience in non-PO and Utilities Invoice processing.
- Experience in invoice auditing and payment processing.
- Experience in SAP/Navision/Or other ERP for processing.

- As part of the Banking & Mortgage Operations team, your responsibilities will include:
- Support end-to-end Business Banking Origination & Fulfilment operations, including document verification, underwriting support, loan booking, servicing, and post-disbursement activities.
- Execute and monitor daily operational activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, quality, and compliance with banking and regulatory standards.
- Perform transaction reviews, data audits, and quality checks; participate in client interactions and internal reviews as required.
- Act as a process and domain expert for assigned workflows, supporting team members with clarifications and issue resolution.
- Identify potential operational risks, bottlenecks, or quality gaps and proactively escalate with data-backed insights.
- Support productivity and efficiency initiatives through better task allocation, basic automation ideas, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Participate in process improvement discussions, documentation updates, and system validations under guidance from senior leaders.
- Assist in new client pilots, process transitions, and stabilization activities for new scopes.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, audit requirements, data privacy, and information security standards.
- Support people-management activities such as daily huddles, work allocation, coaching on process gaps, and performance tracking for a small team or module.
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset by suggesting practical enhancements to improve customer experience and operational outcomes.
