Job Description:
Sutherland is hiring Freshers and Experienced Professionals for an
US Telecom Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound customer service queries & support responsibilities for US-based telecom customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from US telecom customers
- Resolve customer queries related to telecom services
- Provide accurate information and maintain service quality
- Meet defined KPIs and productivity targets
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Location: Sutherland Global Services, Liberty Tower, 5th Floor, Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Minimum 1 year International BPO experience (preferred for experienced bracket)
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Comfortable working in US rotational shift (Night & Graveyard)
- Immediate joiners Required.
