Job Description:

Designation: Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle bereavement cases and validate death certificates
  • Review next-to-kin activities and executor limits
  • Prepare TAPS sheets and support account closures
  • Validate probate documents and certificates of balance
  • Coordinate with solicitors and branch managers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
  • 1–2+ years of experience in Europe-based Banking
  • Strong communication & decision-making skills.

SPAN – Payments Investigation & Manual Payments

Designation: Analyst/Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle investigations related to payments & reconciliations
  • Work on SEPA, Inward/Outward Payments, Nostro/Vostro
  • Knowledge of SWIFT MT103, 196, 199, 202, 202COV
  • Experience with ISO 20022 & Euro regulation compensation.

Requirements:

1–5 years of Banking / Payments Investigation experience.

Senior Analyst – MIS

Experience: 7+ years (5+ years in MIS, 3+ years in Power BI)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build & maintain Power BI dashboards and MIS reports
  • Analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights
  • Design ETL pipelines and integrate multi-source data
  • Improve reporting efficiency and documentation.

Skills Required:

  • Power BI, Excel (Intermediate), VBA, MySQL
  • Strong analytical & stakeholder communication skills.

Analyst – MIS

Experience: Minimum 4 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop MIS reports and dashboards
  • Perform data analysis using Excel & Power BI
  • Automate recurring reports and ensure data accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

  • Power BI, Excel (Pivot, XLOOKUP, DAX)
  • SQL / VBA / Power Automate exposure is a plus.
  • Chargeback – Banking Process
  • Process Type: Data Entry / Validation / Verification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality checks on chargeback samples
  • Identify errors and provide feedback to CSRs
  • Attend calibrations and maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (Commerce / Finance preferred)
  • 1 to 3 years in Banking Chargeback / Cards Dispute
  • Strong analytical, communication & MS Office skills
  • Willingness to work overtime if required
