Must-Have:
- Cisco Unified Communications and IPT with L2 and L3 experience
- Cisco UCCX, Unity Connection
- Certification in CCNA and CCNP Collaboration (desirable)

- 1. Cisco IPT with L2 engineer.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Cisco IP Telephony implementation/support experience for mid-size and enterprise environments, including Voice gateways and protocols H.323/SIP/MGCP/SCCP.
- Strong understanding and troubleshooting knowledge in PSTN circuits (PRI, T1, SIP, analog, FXO, FXS)
- Real time experience in SIP gateway implementation/configuration
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) administration & troubleshooting
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager Session Management Edition (CUCM-SME) administration & troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge in Unity Connection
- Strong knowledge in Cisco uccx (Application and Scritp creation)
- Strong knowledge in Cisco Unified Serviceability
- Strong knowledge in Cisco UCS and VMWare configuration experience
- Windows Server administration experience
