Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused International Chat Process Executive to handle customer queries through online chat platforms. The candidate will provide prompt and accurate responses, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain professional communication with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality guidelines.

Required Skills
