Job Title: Process Specialist – HR reporting and analytics
Key Responsibilities
Employment data changes Position Creation & Mapping, Transfers, Promotions, Terminations/Retirements, International Transfers, Pre-Payroll, Generate Audit reports, Manage Control documents process, Leave and attendance transactions. Changes in Employee Situations e.g. Reclassifications, Active to Inactive, Full time/Part-Time and vice versa.
Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate employee records in SAP Employee Central (EC) Success factors (SF), Generate audit & compliance report and ensure proper documentation and control of HR data changes
Ticket & Incident Manager Handle HR related queries and incidents using the ticketing system (Service Now), ensuring timely resolution with strong focus on customer satisfaction, track, update and close ticket within defined SLAs
Stakeholder & Service Excellence – Deliver high-quality HR operational support to global stakeholders, maintain strong communication and customer centric approach, collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies efficiently.
Skill/Experience Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream
2-4 years of experience in HR Operations
Hands-on experience with Power BI and SAP SuccessFactors Reporting
Experience in Internal audits, control testing, or compliance reporting and HR data governance
Strong understanding of Hire-to-retire HR processes
Experience using Service Now or similar ticketing tool (preferred)
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, SQL and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Results and deadline-driven, with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks.

Process Specialist – Employee Data Management
Key Responsibilities: SAP SuccessFactors Operations
Execute endtoend employee life cycle transactions in SAP SuccessFactors including:
Hire, Rehire, Transfers, International Transfers
Position creation and position mapping, Job and employee data changes, Terminations and retirements
Process changes in employee status such as:
Reclassification, Active to inactive movements
Fulltime to parttime (and vice versa)
Handle leave and attendancerelated transactions in line with defined processes.
HR Service Delivery & Case Management
Resolve HR cases via ServiceNow, ensuring timely, highquality support.
Maintain professional communication with HR stakeholders and employees.
Compliance, Controls & Reporting
Support prepayroll, audits, and control documentation.
Generate and validate SAP SuccessFactors reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Process Excellence & SLA Management
Deliver transactions as per defined SLAs (quality & timeliness).
Drive accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement in highvolume operations.
Skill & Experience Requirements
Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline ,2–4 years of handson experience in HR Operations, with strong exposure to HiretoRetire processes.
Mandatory hands-on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) user.
Strong understanding of employee data management and HR transactional processes.
Excellent English communication skills with strong customer focus and sense of urgency.
